Penny and I
talked about getting our photos next to each
other in one row on the M-N Shipmates page. We
thought this appropriate and kind of touching as
we met in 1953 as little kids at the dockside
ceremony. Everybody knows her as Penny Nelson,
thus she thought putting her last name in
brackets would still tell the story, but get
her, with a slight alphabet stretch, on the same
page as me.
